This is a lovely children's clothing and toy store. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I have been buying my nephews gifts here for a while and find who ever serves me they are always pleasant and try to help. They have a website that notifies of new items as well. This is a great store.

Good coffee and good atmosphere. Their menu is basic but what they service is good and at a reasonable price for the location. Worth a stop if in the area. The only issue is trying to get a spot during the busy times. The sign of a good cafe.

This place sells the best coffee in Yarraville, which is a difficult thing to say when there is also Hous Frou to compare with. They always provides fantastic service when I go there and help me out when I have my dogs so can't go inside to pay. This is a great find.

Very disappointing. Aquaqleen started very well being responsive to my request and flexible with call out time. However, thats where it ends.

I had just had some chairs recovered and forgot to ask the the fabric supplier to scotchgard the fabric. Therefore I booked aquaqleen to do this for me. As I had read the prior reviews, I checked about their disclaimer that Davebeard posting mentioned and was told this was not so. I had this via email therefore I went ahead. Generally the rest of the reviews were good.

Aquaqleen arrived late (30 minutes, admittedly with a phone call), then when reviewing my chairs automatically noted them down as medium soiled. When i asked why, they stated they were not new. Not because of any soiling they could see. These chairs had just be re-apholstered. After mentioning this to the service provider, it was amended. They then asked me to sign a waver that any damage occurred during this process, they were not liable for. As mentioned, I had asked about this in an email prior, therefore was surprised when it was on their standard form. Why would I hire a professional who takes no responsibility? I would not sign this statement. I offered to sign this, if the work was acceptable. This would mean that any stains after the work was completed would not be their responsibility and they refused to do work. This discussion process took 30 minutes as well.

All in all, very disappointed and a waste of my time. I cannot vouch for the cleaning but I will never use or recommend them again. My suggestion, get a smaller company to do your requirements who takes pride in their work, where the person you talk to on the phone is the person you deal with.
