I occasionally visit Springvale from the UK and recently when I found myself short of contact lenses, a friend recommended I give Gloria at Eye Society a call. She quickly ascertained what I needed and was able to order them and have them in store within two days. Great email communication. The next time I knew I was going to be in Springvale I simply dropped Gloria a line and without having to give any details again she had my lenses ready and waiting for pickup before I even arrived in Springvale. Very efficient and very friendly; I wish my usual optician in London was half as good!
