Ordered online a number of items from Mainline Photographics, which were quickly sent and well packaged. Unfortunately, one item was missing from the order, which initially went unnoticed. When following it up with Mainline, they quickly and courtesy sent the missing item, even though they were closed for the Christmas holidays. Mistakes happen, but they handled it really well.
