Appalling customer service

I have an iPhone 13 pro Max and the aerial has become damaged. I was told it could take 4-6 weeks to fix as they only have one person that does the soldering to fix such issues. I agreed to the time frame and went about my time. at 4 weeks I rang and asked for an update and I was told it would be ready the following week. I went the following week to pick it up only to be told they cant contact the person who was fixing it as they had a very sick family member. They told me they would contact me as soon as they had located the phone. after a week with no contact I messaged asking for an update and even though they told me they would contact me as soon as they located the phone, clearly they didnt as it was only after I asked they told me it was waiting for me at the store. When I go to pick it up I am told they guy isnt doing the soldering anymore and quit! But luckily they found someone else and the kicker is it will take 4 weeks to fix. Its not the time that angered me, it is the complete disrespect to the client, the lack of communication, the absence of an apology. Incredibly bad customer service. Oh and my phone is still not working!
