I made a booking for a plumber to arrive at 11 am but the plumber didn't show up until 5 pm so I rang them and canceled my booking and asked refund for the deposit I have paid. When I wanted to make formal complaint to customer service team they were not polite in answering my concern.
They said refund will take upto 2 to 3 business days. But I got after 10 days. Horrible service
