Tony and Matt came to give me a quote on a new ducted system to replace my unit which I had been told was dead. Tony took a look at it and said he could repair it, which he proceeded to do without fuss. He then checked out the whole system, including the ceiling unit and the controller, and made adjustments to both. My aircon is now working better than ever, and all for a fraction of the cost and disruption of a replacement.
