Used these so called professionals to clean our carpets and couch. The couch actually came out looking worse than before. Benson himself came the 2nd time to rectify it with no success. Had to get a professional company in who knew what he was doing to get the couch back to brand new. Out of pocket $330 to clean couch properly and over 6 weeks for a part reimbursement from Benson. Would never use or recommend this company again.
