I have used this company before and again recently when sadly I lost my 2 dogs within 2 weeks of each other. The staff are always very caring. In this recent heartbreaking situation the vet ( not my usual vet) sent my dog to the wrong place. I appreciate the way Pets RIP handled and sorted out this stressful situation for me. I would highly recommended their service
