We have been going to this mechanic for years, as my husband believed he was the best. When our car broke down AGAIN in the middle of nowhere after we had just paid over $700 for a service, I was livid. My husband took it back to this same mechanic and he assured us it was an easy fix and would cost a couple of hundred dollars. I took him 8 days to fix. it and the total bill was $585 - is not a couple of hundred dollars. I took a look at the bill and he charges $100 an hour for labour. Never going back again!!!!

We have travelled virgin airlines on a number of occassions. The checkin has always been quick and easy, and the airline staff friendly and helpful. The last time I was travelling I was impressed by a hostess who took the time to look after a baby as mum was unwell. I felt she went above and beyond. We also travelled at a low cost

My2 children went to this school for 4 - 6 years, and it was the best decision we have made in terms of their education. The teachers are excellent. The office staff alway helpful. I could even ring teachers outside of work hours if need be. The cost was a little higher than other christian schools, but well worth the money
