My experience with Kartridge Kiosk customer service was very disappointing and humiliating . I had asked for a replacement cartridge for the latest Brother 2142 printer but did not have the actual number for the cartridge. However, the assistant located it on her database and sold me the product with the comment "If you have any problems please come back and we will replace it for you." All good but the cartridge was not the correct one for my machine. I went back to exchange it and was met by "you must have given us the wrong number". My attempts to get a replacement were met with further negative responses by both assistants, and finally I left angrlly leaving the useless product on the counter. Yes I have lost my money - but I won't be going back to be further denigrated.
