It has been a very, very long time (if ever) since I have come across two of the most disinterested, lazy staff. Could hardly be bothered to serve me and when I asked if they would help carry the large roll of carpet out to my car they laughed. Will NOT be back. They don't deserve to have a job.

Rang Star Plus to ascertain their charges. Was advised they did not charged a call out fee, they only charge $80 per half hour. They charged $110 for the first half hour. When I queried it they had all sorts of reasons why they changed the price after attending the job. As per the other review for this company the technician who attended out property also had no idea what the issue was. I have since had another company out and they identified the issue with 5 minutes and problem now fixed. And dealing with [redacted due to personal identifier] has been a very unpleasant experience. Definitely very unprofessional company.
