Last year during mental health week, we engaged Body and Mindset Wellness where Sarah come to our office site and provided therapeutic massages. Sarah was extremely organised, punctual and could tailor massages per all staff’s needs. The overall team feedback was incredible and staff could see the value and benefits that resulted from this service.
