A very expensive experience. I ve called Beanfeet Grooming to ask for a quote and one of the [redacted due to personal identifier] told me they charge 60dollars an hour approximately for wash and grooming. I have also got more quotes from different place before accepting Beanfeet but they have good reviews on google so I ve decided to wait for the first available booking which it was a month away. Last Saturday I brought my Tibetan Mastiff to Beanfeet Grooming. After two hours of work they charged me 200 dollars. My dog is getting grooming every 5 months and she was already been washed regularly. According to the [redacted due to personal identifier] I made the booking for 2 hours of works I supposed to got charge 120dollars. I was still happy to pay more but 200 dollars is not fair. On the way home I felt been ripped off. Usually I get charged 120 dollars from Pet Stock which is not cheap but I am happy to pay that. If I knew it before I wouldn t brought my dog there. If you read my comment please shop around before bring your dog to Beanfeet.

I went to the Vet animal Hospital last Thursday to let the Vet check my sick dog. The Vet did a 2 minutes consultation and asked me to do a full blood test. Receptionists are rude and very quick to get your money out(65 dollars for consultation and 130 for full blood test). After been chasing the blood test result for almost a week, I still don t have any results. I feel like I lost my money and my time at this Clinic and the worst part is that my poor dog is still suffering and I don t know the cause. They only care about money and not to the health of your pets. Also, Receptionist should learn some manners and customer service and remember that they have a job because people are still going there. I will never bring my dog back there, not even if this is the last Vet in Melbourne.
