I had Chris and Troy replace a reverse cycle ducted aircon that had reached the end of its life. They encountered a range of problems because a sales rep failed to take proper measurements, ordered the wrong parts and grossly underestimated the size and difficulty of the job. Despite this they persevered and to my amazement finished the job. They were professional, kept me informed the whole way and worked tirelessly for 11 hours.
