"Purchased a YLO Diffuser. Had it for about 3 months and it died. Had to send it back to the distributor I purchased it from. She had to send it back to Qld for assessment and re-supply of new diffuser. That happened so I got a new diffuser.

Had it a few months and it has now died again. I have to post it to my distributor at my expense as she is an hours drive from me.

Trying to get help from Qld Office - impossible - they are now directing to Utah, United States of America. Have many emails from them and 3 calls to the 1300 number (which goes to Utah, USA).

Once they found out I was not a distributor/agent/member - they closed up and would not talk further.

The amount of work/time you have to go through to get answers to possible easy fix-it solutions is impossible.

THEY WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR/AGENT/MEMBER I PURCHASED IT FROM.

Have now noticed loads of complaints about the YLO diffuser and even more complaints about the "new" diffuser they have manufactured to replace the "old" diffuser.

I have to go through all this process again to have my replacement diffuser re-assessed.

I DON'T WANT ANOTHER (MY THIRD) YLO DIFFUSER but they will not refund.

EVERYONE - BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL OF PURCHASING A YLO DIFFUSER.

They don't last long and getting a replacement diffuser, or even advice, is a long long long process and they WONT speak to the CUSTOMER only the distributor. Not worth it. A$120.

Even my distributor has had her own diffusers break and she has another at her home ready to be sent off.

BUYER BE AWARE. Wish someone had told me before I spent a huge amount of money.

On 14 September 2011, I purchased an alarm system which is a stand-alone product (not wired in). It is now 2 October 2011 and I am still waiting for it.
They REFUSE to give me a postal address for this business to enable me to send a Letter of Demand.
They have said the delay is because of their new business, Grocery Run.
They are running late with orders.
However, they HAVE taken payment on 14 September 2011.
This company has now been reported to the Department of Justice for their handling of this non-delivery.
Obviously I have done my money as they obviously don't have the product in stock.
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

On 20 December 2010, I moved into a Lifestyle Centre for Over 55's.
Metro Movers are the contracted firm to shift new residents into the Village.
The damage they did to my new home (door frame) and to my goods was UNBELIEVABLE.
They are just appaling. DO NOT USE THEM. They dropped my furniture; they carried my two (2) bedside tables on top of each other; they scratched the leather of my brand new leather 2.5 seater; they slashed the leather on my massage table; they broke my nearly brand new DVD Recorder.

DON'T USE THEM. BE WARNED. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE ABOUT THE ROUGHNESS OF THEIR MOVE TECHNIQUES AND LACK OF CONSIDERATION.

Approximate cost: $A$1200 total cost of move

The log cabin was FILTHY. No mattress protector on main bed. Carpet in bedroom needed a vacuum. Shower base was black with footmarks. Bobby pins (for hair) on floor of bathroom. Underneath of toilet seat was deplorable (sure it had never been washed). Food residue left on a couple of plates. Fat splutters still on lid of fry pan. BBQ was horrendous - I just closed the lid before I nearly threw up. My injured dog (had surgery 5 days before our holiday) caught 2 mice (and they were not those tiny field mice) with 14 stitches in her leg. Fluff balls everywhere. Skylight in toilet leaked. Bathroom/toilet really smelt musty. When I arrived, there was no hot water. Took 4 attempts to get owner/manager to come answer his door. I left after 2 days and they won't refund any or all of monies paid. Taking them to VCAT.
DON'T STAY THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS. View, however, lovely.
