For veterinary basics, this clinic is fine. A bit on the expensive side. I had one bad experience during an emergency where they were more concerned about getting paid than taking a look at my dog. I was sent home with a very distressed dog, to get my purse, before they would even take a look, I had been out walking at the time and didn't have it with me. ...and I've been a client here for years! I've had several bad experiences with one of the vets here, unpleasant attitude, seems more concerned with selling unnecessary treatments and products, rather than focusing on the examination, did a poor job on my Frenchie's nose operation, no difference at all, complete waste of money, time and suffering, and inadequate treatment for my first visit for an eye injury, which led to rupture and blindness. The other 3 vets at this practice are more pleasant and seem better qualified. I recommend Peter or Sue. Be careful, for anything serious or complex, look further. The only reason I still come here is because they are so close to where I live. The puppy classes here are not great. Most of the time is spent on information which can be obtained free from the internet. Lots of pushing of their own products and services and very little interaction between the puppies is allowed. Not much socialization, lots of self promotion. But you do get a cool toy for your dog and a cute graduation picture at the end if you make it through all the sessions. After my last bad experience here, I'm looking for another vet, but fine for the basics. One more thing, they are still pushing yearly vaccinations, even though current research suggests every 3 years is preferable in most circumstances.
