After receiving my purchase from Becextech finally on Monday 30th October - that is 14 days after purchase date while I am happy with my purchase I have had better customer service experiences.
Although I understand that things can go wrong and in my case they did, one of the most important ingredients to resolving issues satisfactorily is communication.
It can be disturbing to get no response for days and then be told my email ended up in a spam folder.
The company has no phone contact and so email and opening a troubleshooting ticket are ones only recourse. Both these are time consuming and do nothing to assuage buyer anxiety. Especially when the response time I extremely slow.

By the time I finally received answers I was annoyed and had written a feedback
that was quite negative and I am happy to amend that today. I cannot say it was a positive experience. I can however say that since receiving my parcel I have been in timely email contact with the company and the after service was positive. I told them directly that they need to do something about their customer communications.
And they acknowledged the issues I raised.
So no harm done and all is well. I have my phone and I would definitely give their company another try.
