It took 2 hours to fix a very simple system on my computer. Charged me $300 for two hours work. Totally screwed up my email system which worked perfectly well before. Lost all stored emails. Refused to fix it, and said I had to pay more money to them to fix their mistake. Hung up on me twice refusing to fix up their mistake. Admitted they didn't know how to fix up their mistake, refused to refund any money. But I still had to pay them. Please people DO NOT go near these people. Take your computer to a shop instead where a repairman has to be accountable for their mistakes or inadequacies.
