Avoid. In three hours a cleaner failed to properly vacuum or even wash up. Definitely no mopping, and all the floors needed mopping. I walked in and thought a cleaner hadn't even been there. Suspect she just drank coffee and watched TV.
I had Julie the manager come and review the clean. She was satisfied because the cleaner had cleaned the shower and dusted a bedframe. She told me if the bath isn't dusty then they don't bother to clean it, and that anything that "looks clean" will be ignored. There was no apology or offer of a reclean. I refused to pay.
