spoke to Tui about making a cake with a logo on it for a special event, She was able to make a lovely jam sponge with lovely icing exactly like the logo. & she had it ready for pickup the next morning. I've previously gone to Woolworths but they have a 48 hr policy & this cake tasted so much nicer. It might have cost $20 more than Woolies but the proof is in the eating. Her partner is the baker & she is definitely a great cake decorator, Plus their pies are nice too.
