not go to glamour sisters in Bankstown . I am extremely disgusted with the quality of product that this business is selling to there consumers . I booked in online for 22 inch Russian hair in the colour brown with a specific lady . After waiting a additional 30 minutes after time of booking to be started on I was then sat in the chair and then has to wait another 20 minutes for the lady to even begin as she left me to go serve a customer who had just walked in . ( this is a continuous series of events ) . After the lady started my hair ( not the one I booked with ) she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have my colour nor the length that I was after in stock at all and told me she wasn’t sure when they would get it in . Not only is it completely unprofessional to firstly claim the appointment would only take 20 minutes and in fact took 1 hour but also disgusting how they do not notify the customer prior to the appointment that the colour and length they are wanting is not available. After settling for a colour that was the closets to matching my shade she then proceeded to let me know that they only had two wefts .I was extremely unsatisfied as my hair did not blend at all . 3 weeks later I went back to add 5 wefts to blend it spending roughly 500 dollars . This was 2 months ago . My extension 2 months later are fraying, thinned out, straw like and unwearable . It is unprofessional to claim ur extension should last up to a year when they don’t even last 2 months. NOT ONLY is the extension quality disgusting but the installation is horrific . After 2 weeks of installing I have threads hanging out and the braid itself is already falling apart . PLEASE save urself the time and money and go somewhere else . This salon needs to be shut down .
