With more and more pizza shops opening in the area ( I think there's about 5) this is near the top of our list. Pizzas always seem fresh, staff are friendly and often put extras on for no extra charge. Definitely better than the pizza shop 2 doors up!

The staff here are friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. They have a great range of hair care and nail products and the prices are great. Am now a regular customer.

Great meals and was very impressed by the service. Hadn't been here in years and looks like they've had a change in management in that time which has had a positive impact. Would go back again!

First came across this shop on the web and decided to check it out. The styles are good although I did expect a little bit more variety. Some of the items are ok regarding price, but quite a lot of them are WAY overpriced. I don't mind paying a bit more if the quality warrants it, but it didn't really in my opinion. Very basic plain t-shirts made out of very thin fabric aren't worth $39.95. Kmart have better quality ones for $7. However I do have to say the service was FANTASTIC with the sales girls taking whatever we didn't like and putting it away and not bothering us too much when they saw we were happy trying what we had and not being pressured with anything else.

So I go into the store looking at purchasing two LCD TV's. I speak to the man who tells me a price but only if I buy them right here and now. As I hadn't even looked at other stores or prices I told him I would need to think about it. He said he would only offer them to me for his price if I bought right here and now. I decided not to. I walked across the car park to another store, and not only was their ticked price $50 less than the 'bargain' I had been offered at Harvey Norman, but they took another $75 off each TV! I quickly realised why the Harvey Norman employee didn't want me looking anywhere else.
On another department- twice now I have ordered something online from Harvey Norman Photo's and arranged to pick it up from the Frankston Store. They say I will get a phone call when it's in store. Waiting waiting waiting and nothing. Finally I call them and "Oh yes, it's been here for ages." One guy told me quite rudely he had left a message on my voicemail. Well that's amazing seeing how I don't have voicemail, and wouldn't you think that if the call hadn't been returned, you might try calling again?
Even just an apology might have been nice!

Just wanted to take a minute and give praise to the Sales Assistants at Diva in Karingal. Diva's fashion accessories are good, ranging from cheaper up to constume jewellery. I shop at them all over, but the younger girl who was working last Friday night was amazing. Offering great advice on what would look good together- and thinking outside the square too as I was quite picky about what I was looking for- she knew when to walk away and give me a minute to think to myself, and when to step in a make a suggestion. Far from pushy she was fantastic- I'll be going back to that specific store because of her!

After not being happy with service I received at another local pharmacy, I decided to give this one a try and have been VERY happy. The service is excellent- always greeted with a smile, staff very helpful and the pharmacist very informative- taking the time to come over and answer any questions. They do have a lot of signage up about being a discount chemist- the prices seem fairly competetive so far. Will continue to give them my service!

So I have been to this chemist a few times due to the convenient location. Can't say of late that I have been very happy with the service- they haven't been overly helpful and I have been kept waiting while they have a chat to eachother behind the counter. I have also had to wait 30 mins + for a script at times when they don't seem very busy. Often I have gone 10 minutes before closing time and they have refused to let me in the shop- so I only started going when I just could not get to another chemist. The weekend just gone however was enough to stop me from going again. I was after some simple pain medication and their attitude and the way they made me feel was horrible- they treated me like some drug addict!! I has a script for panadene forte but was actually looking for something milder! I got no assistance, no information just a judgmental lecture! Although it was 15 minutes before closing so maybe they just didn't want to help me. I have decided now, with two other chemists in the area, I won't be giving this one any more of my business. Disgusted!!!

What a negative experience I had with them!!!! Signed up for naked ADSL bundle- everything was going fine, quick response, received my new modem in the mail- all good, that's where the positives end. Was called the day I was due to go 'live' Had disconnected my previous home line and internet all ready to go and I get a phone call saying there have been some problems they need to look into, there will be a delay in getting the net and phone up and running. TWO WEEKS later I finally get a response to my numerous emails and phone calls, due to the setup of the phone lines or whatever in my area, they can't provide the service. They send me out a satchel to return the modem in.
I was already not happy as I had already been without phone and internet for two weeks and now was getting nothing!!!
I sent the modem back and as far as I was concerned that was it. No, I spent the next few months receiving invoices for them for the service they never provided and the modem I SENT BACK!!! I finally had enough when I got a letter threatening to report me to a debt recovery agency! I rang them AGAIN (as I had numerous times over the months) explained my story AGAIN and the woman said 'Oh yes I can see here that the modem was returned on such and such a date.' Oh yes, so WHY am I being threatened with debt recovery??? She finally sorted everything out and I was assured I would not hear from them anymore.
Fast forward to 12 month later- last week I receive an email from them saying they have sent a satchel out and I am to return my hardware as soon as possible! You have to be kidding me!!!!!!! So I ring, explain everything, their explanation was that there was an error in their system and it emailed all their customers the same letter. I find that very hard to believe!!!
Needless to say, not impressed with the whole experience in the least!!

After a few dud experiences here (standing around for ages waiting for a staff member to help and then getting someone who didn't seem to know what they were selling,) I stopped giving them my business and started going to the Cranbourne store instead. I ventured back into the Frankston store as we impulsively decided to purchase a new TV and didn't have time to get to Cranbourne before the shops shut.
Well we had the help of two different workers and they were both very imformative and helpful and knew what they were talking about. They took some more money off an already reduced item so we walked away very happy. They may have just won back my business!
