When we got home and opened a new purchased item, we discovered it was damaged. On ringing The Good Guys, we were told that we had to organise return of the product at our own expense, and if we didn't like that, to contact the manufacturer and work it out with them. Customer service - nil. We DID return the item, for a full refund, and purchased a new item (at a cheaper price) from another retailer in the area.

This used to be my place to buy, lack of staff to help you now lets the place down. Also lack of smiles from staff as also made experience a bit of a downer. Where i use to walk out with paid goods I tend to walk round now and walk out.

After a few dud experiences here (standing around for ages waiting for a staff member to help and then getting someone who didn't seem to know what they were selling,) I stopped giving them my business and started going to the Cranbourne store instead. I ventured back into the Frankston store as we impulsively decided to purchase a new TV and didn't have time to get to Cranbourne before the shops shut.
Well we had the help of two different workers and they were both very imformative and helpful and knew what they were talking about. They took some more money off an already reduced item so we walked away very happy. They may have just won back my business!

I always come away with what I wanted at a good price and I am always helped and advised by a knowledgeable sales person. There is plenty to choose from and they have always beaten any price I have found elswhere.

After traipsing around Frankston all day trying to get the best price for a canon digital camera, I went to The Good Guys and they cut a further $100.00 off the price! They are very informative and seem to be rather expert in their designated areas. Its refreshing to talk to someone that knows their stuff. A month later I went to the same place to buy my dvd player. Recently went there to look at laptops and tv's.

Recently purchased a Plasma and fridge from the Good Guys in Frankston (after shopping around to many stores). The service was great and we were offered a great deal. Choice of 1 or 2 years interest free.
