We used Oxley Travel to book a holiday at Arajilla Resort on Lord Howe in November 2018. Office staff made an error with our booking and were not at all concerned as we had prepaid. No late check out was organised when Oxley booked the accomodation which meant we had to wait for an afternoon flight in the hotel lounge area with our hand luggage for the day. In future I would book Lord Howe Accomodation and flights direct.
