The guys are always willing to keep your business by offering you decent prices, They will listen to you carefully and offer you a reccomendation which suits your budget/needs. They always stock quality instruments and have a very large range to get lost in. The staff are extremely friendly and chilled out, and they don't stalk you around the shop too much like many other stores. Highly recommended for budding and professional musicians as their service caters wholesomely for both groups, offering music lessons in many different instruments, which is a locally respected music school.
i honestly cant think of anything bad about this business. I am a musician and I only deal with Mega Music now, because they have looked after me so well. One thing though is that if something breaks not long after it is bought, they take the warranty, but they do not repair it themselves, instead it is repaired by the manufacturer, who will usually always argue that it was the fault of the customer, not the product, even if you know and Mega Music know that it wasn't. There isnt much they can do about it and the you are stuck with a repair charge.
