I've been buying from Mainline Photographics for the past 4 years.
My most recent purchase was an adapter which had light-leaks in some conditions. I emailed Scott and was offered a replacement, I sent it back, and another was sent to me, which still had the same issue. I sent it back, and was allowed to upgrade to another adapter which I have no issues with. All this, while accommodating for my travel overseas. I am very happy with the outcome and service provided by Mainline Photographics - my emails and phone calls are always answered, and I feel cared for.

Overall poor experience. The ordering process was easy.
Then after ordering, got the email that the bag was out of stock - no problem, it will be back in stock in a few days. I told them that I would need it before a certain date as I was leaving on a trip. A few days later, received an email that it has been dispatched... BY ROAD, rather than Courier Air Express as on the order! Thus, it did not arrive in time for my departure. If it was sent by Courier Air Express as on the order, it would have arrived in time! but now, it has arrived after I left. Also, they never ever reply to any of my numerous emails, even though there are different staff copied in! Useless!
