Michelle is amazing! I cannot recommend Zen Touch highly enough. Michelle uses her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and her brilliant intuition to work out exactly what my body needs. I have a specific back/neck injury, and I use Michelle to manage the muscle pain side of things - without her I'd be looking at surgery a lot sooner than I'd like!
