variety of food,

good location

be wary of parking fines on the foreshore, close to a playground and good views of the beach and foreshore.

interesting entrees and a fine variety of mains,

the desserts are of course to die for and even do a good breakfast menu on weekends etc.

cute little shop, hidden away at the back of the tyabb coolstores.

one man show, doing beautiful creations and great designs for a long time. great quality unique or custom made jewellery

family business with cute twin teenager daughters assisting in the shop.

the girls are always friendly and helpful.

they try to fit you in at the closest convenience and have the usual late night + long day saturday availabilities.

Stacey has had the business for a long time and kirsten is back after being away for a couple of years, add to that a newie, keen apprentice and extra one you can always find someone availabe to meet your hair needs.
they even have a little cafe on site for all your cafeine addictions.

Full extension, rip the side of the house on two sides and build new bigger rooms attached.
Helpful with recycling windows and economical but strong alternatives to prebuilt cupboards. Very trustworthy guys, even kept an eye on the new puppy for a hour or two.

Approximate cost: $100K
