Rebecca is a great therapist, warm and friendly, and really knows her stuff. Appointments are usually pretty easy to get, the parking is very easy, and these folks are very good at what they do.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable as a first timer. The classes offer different options of poses so that you can find the level you are able to complete without hurting yourself. The cost is comparable to other fitness classes and there is a good variety in the timetable.

I have been getting my car serviced here for several years. The customer service is good, I've never been over charged, or felt I was being taken advantage of. These guys are honest. The location is conveniently close to Wollongong CBD, too.

the pizza is just like what we had when we were in Rome, the flavours were beautiful, fresh and the right amount of topping, not over loaded with grease like some other places. The waiters were friendly, and Italian, which made it feel very traditional. It was busy, always a good sign, but our service was great - can't wait to go back and try more .
