These guys were very thorough and worked with me regarding dates I needed to have the car back. They were very accommodating when I found that my window cleaner dispenser might be leaking and thought it might be from the accident and had no problem with me dropping the car back in where they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and called me back within 2 days when the part arrived. This all over the crazy Christmas period. Glen was very helpful and I can't thank him enough!

Wow! What a fabulous introduction to the Daycare environment. I absolutely could not fault any part of our experience at Fitkidz learning centre. The staff are faultless and my son screamed with excitement whenever we arrived at 'school'. We LOVED fitkidz. They have a waitlist and the waitlist is long but well worth the wait. They had to lift their fees by $5 per day mid year (directly for staffing) and our family couldn't be happier with this. If this helps keep their wonderful staff happy in their job then that was fine with us. Thanks Fitkidz!!

We had new tyres put on 2 weeks ago, the service was fine and we had nothing to complain about. We have since started noticing a bumping noise when turning corners. I dropped back in today to see when they could have a look at it and I was shocked at the customer service provided. I don't know anything about tyres nor do I claim to know anything, I can only try and explain my problem to the best of my ability and had the person at the front desk roll his eyes and sigh at me to the point where I had to remind him that not everyone who walks through their doors will have a thorough understanding of tyres. I was made to feel quite little and to be honest I would not bother going back to this business again! This is the motto on their website '

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. My husband and son travelled from QLD to Victoria and were met and transported to the car without a drama. My husband said their service was exceptional and we will continue to use them over the big car hire companies any day!
