To whom it may concern, my membership number is 4236640, I a writing express our gratitude for all the help we received recently when our vehicle broke down, the staff although extremely busy went out of their way to help and support us in our hour of need and most importantly did what they said they would making it a very pleasant experience dealing with the team, their compassion and thoughtfulness was outstanding.
