Dear Ada and Michael. Thank you so much for such a lovely service that was provided for my mum on the 15th of January, 2021. First impressions are important and from the moment i met you both, i instantly felt at ease. You both were very attentive and incredibly easy to speak to, acknowledging our needs and any concerns we had and making suggestions where needed. The chapel service was beautiful and i know we all commented on how well it went and how lovely it was. It was also followed by many very positive comments from those attending. I would also like to extend the thank you to the lovely celibrant you recommended and provided. A lady who definitely also came from the heart.
