I was not sure what to expect when attending the Agoy I- introductory session but I really enjoyed the experience. Jason explained what we were going to do in the session and guided us step by step through the meditation process. The room, environment and vibe were also great. It was my first time and there were other beginners there and I felt really comfortable. I will definitely attend again.
