Very confusing and quoting system, I was quoted for $350 at the beginning. When I asked to confirm the quote again, in the last email, there was nothing to say there would be addition charge nor the quote was the minimum. The cleaner came and gave me $890 for the same job that was quoted. Would have said so in the last email. Wasted my whole working day for nothing.

I regret engaging the company as the vendor's representative for one of my property settlement.

Not only did the company unresponse to many calls related to urgent matters, on many occasions, on many different dates within the expecting working hours, causing me stress and time wasted but also the company terminated the service one day before the settlement date without as little as a dicussion to resolve the issue I had with the service that the company provided, causing me had to find a new vendor's representative helping to settle the property as soon as possible in a very short period of time.

The company charged me full price for only 90% of work being done, and hold up the settlement till the very last minute as they would like to see the money presented in their bank account, despite many emails and photos as proofs of transactions were sent. I was also threatened with lawsuit and debt collector if the money were not paid in full before the due date.

I am pursued the issue with VCAT after 14 days trying to resolve the matter.

It was a nightmare experience, one that I would definitely not wish upon any of my circles.
