I loved P&O until I cruised with Princess. Our last P&O cruise, we had sewerage covering our carpets, leaking from another room, and all that was done to fix it was a fan to dry the floors. Very unhygenic and disgusting. Will not cruise P&O again.

Great quality items at over the top prices. Compared to other surf shops, theses guys are expensive. I go in to buy for the kids, and I always get looked up and down and judged because the clothes would never fit me. My teen loves these brands, but i refuse to buy from a place that people are rude.

By far my fave Montezumas on the coast. The staff are always friendly and clean. The food is awesome. I find the kids meals are quite small tho, and a little bland for the kids with a more experimental taste.

Great coffee but slightly overpriced. Depending on who is working, the staff can be a little rude. I am yet to buy the take home coffee, I find it extremely expensive. Nice store though.

Only place I buy my kids swim wear. The staff are just wonderful.... friendly and helpful. The clothing is well priced. I picked the kids up SPF rated Rashis for $15.00 each. Well worth the short drive.

My husband and I use Joe whenever we travel to Sydney. This guy is fantastic. He remembers us everytime we use him, and he always asks about the kids. Joe is the epitomy of a gentleman and we adore him. Our first time in Sydney, he gave us a little tour and a history on the place. He told us the where to and not to go places. Best service you could ask for.

If you want the staff to treat you badly, then this is the place to go. We were ignored and fobbed off when we went here. The bar staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked for a drink. As for the courtesy bus, there was certainly NO courtesy. We are buying on the island, but will never dine there again.

The place to get the best buy. We have found that Wotif prices always beat the direct booking prices, and most of the time you can get something thrown in.... Like breakfast.

Charity stores are getting so expensive. I try to find a bargain here, but usually come away disappointed with overpriced goods.
