My name is Leeza Irwin, I own a tourist attraction on Kangaroo Island. I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service so this is why I am writing this review about one of your delightful staff. I found Max Molesworth to be extremely polite, patient and very helpful. It was a pleasant change to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. Because I run a business we were interrupted numerous times and at no stage did Max loose focus or make me feel like I was putting him out in any way.

In closing I would like to say good staff are hard to come by, believe me I know and in my opinion Max is a gem, hang onto him, he is doing a marvellous job. Please pass on my gratitude to Max.
