i dropped down with my best friend who is getting married this year who lives in cleveland -just before christmas (start of DEC) she enquired about a madhatter wedding to the business owner. We spoke with her indepth about her cake etc. she seemed distracted and disinterested. After meeting with her she stated that she would get back to my friend. its now the 8th of jan and she did not get so much a call or e-mail from her. pretty bad service. I contated the store on her behalf. they were quite rude and abrupt over the phone. We have just been into the store that i got my cake through out at Wynnum (the Cheesecake Shop) they were fantastic!. Myself and Jenny don't reccomend the cheesecake shop cleveland at all- save your time and go to wynnum.

I was shopping with my mum, and decided to have a coffee from these guys. the coffee was horrible. they burnt the milk making it undrinkable. the gentleman refused to give me a refund and was quite rude. we also had cake from there with our coffee. cake was very bland (mudcake). i overheard a customer asking them if they make the product there. they stated no it comes from a factory. when asked if the cakes were fresh they stated we cannnot garruntee this!. Yuck i wont be back. thats for sure. price is very high for cakes on display, coffee was ok.

i got a pearl gstring- they are the most uncomfertable gstrings around. service was ok. took too long to get here. price was ok- i have seen it cheaper though.

Louise was a great photographer and a lovely lady. She and her second photographer took control on the day. They were very orgainised and this meant I could enjoy my day stress free. Our photo's are gorgeous! We couldn't be happier.

I had my wedding reception here, they were very good value for money. the food was good, the venue was set up perfectially. we had a great night.

i visited these guys for my Wedding cake. the service was fantastic. They talked me through all the aspects of the wedding cake , full tastings of product for free. On the wedding day the cake was delivered to the venue and set up. my cake looked amazing and the taste had everyone talking. it tasted amazing. id recomend them to anyone out there. They have a facebook page with my wedding cake on it as well.
