Wish I could give ZERO STARS
Flew to Brisbane with Jetstar in the morning and was flying back to Sydney that night with Tiger Airways. It was the first time I was to fly with Tiger and they cancelled the flight via text and email. I immediately called customer service which is based in the Philippines and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. After 20 minutes on a mobile phone I realised that I would not be provided with any assistance. I went to the airport and waited two and a half hours for Tiger Airways staff to saunter in at 6.30pm. To say Tiger Airways staff are unhelpful is a gross understatement. They could not give a rats about the customer at all, in fact their complete lack of ability to provide assistance was incredulous. Their idea of assistance was for me to sleep at the airport in the clothes I was wearing, go without food or showering and my prescription medication for the next two days. The fact that they are required to put passengers on the next available flight doesn't hold for them if there are no seats available. I was even asked haughtily if I had read their terms and conditions. Now I have to wait two weeks to get my money back and they refused to give me a receipt. Disgraceful airline, rude staff with no empathy or common sense and appalling service. Tiger Airlines business practices need to be investigated. To make matters worse all the other airlines jacked up their prices to take cancelled passengers on board. I slept at the airport and had to pay $552 to fly one way to Sydney the next morning. Just a horrible stressful experience and I will NEVER choose Tiger Airways again.

After tolerating the requests for a kiss and bringing me free food from a certain driver whenever they delivered to my house the last straw for me was when a highly intoxicated individual impersonating a Dominos employee came to my door. After repeatedly asking for my delivery which he eventually handed over, he demanded money even though I had already paid online and then made a grab for my door when I refused to give him any money. I contacted the store and the police. In short the store rallied around their employee who everyone believed and the person I was speaking with over a three day period was very unsympathetic towards me. I made a formal complaint to high management about the appalling treatment I had received. I would like to say that there was some assistance from state management however not really as nothing was done and to this day I have never received a formal apology. Since then I have never set foot in a Dominos store nor have I ordered from the Dominos francise.

I came in for such a simple procedure, to take an impression of my teeth so a retainer could be made. He looked in my mouth for two seconds and said that it would be $600.00. As I had my broken retainer with me and I only paid $300.00 for it from the Orthodontist six months earlier I asked him why he was charging me $600.00. He said that's how much they cost and I told him that I had a night guard that cost $600.00 which is tougher material. His attitude of that's how much they cost and the price of real estate in the city was not good enough. I reminded him that this was only a dental practice and I had mine made from a specialist so it just didn't add up. He got argumentative from there and I said he was wasting my time and left. I found another dentist and had both the retainer and a splint made for $850.00.

This was the best indian food I have had since moving to NSW after being spoilt by some very good indian cuisine in Qld. The ambiance of the restaurant was very good, the staff friendly and helpful and the food was just outstanding. The flavours, the presentation and the serving sizes.......all perfect. I can't wait to visit Albury again just so I can eat at this restaurant.

This review is for Tantrix Tanning now known as That Organic Salon which is located in the Dymocks Building. It was the worst beauty experience I have ever had. Didn't receive a welcome just abruptly asked me if I had an appointment, which of course I did. So already off to a bad start. Came for a tidy up of my eyebrows and as soon as I saw the the room I should have left. Filthy and the wrong layout for doing eyebrows. The bed was jammed against the wall with no room to work correctly on someone's eyebrows so she had to lean over me. She wanted to thread my eyebrows, I didn't, so she did anyway. And for my tidy up, she removed every eyebrow I had been growing for twenty years and gave me a shape I have not had since I was 15. And because she worked the whole time from my side, she couldn't even do them straight. A nightmare, I left in tears with her arguing.....unbelievable!!
