From the very first phone call, to the actual funeral service, I was so impressed. Every employee I spoke to and met were friendly, empathetic, yet not patronising or aloof. This meant the world to us during a very sad time after the unexpected passing of my father. All attention was given to what we wanted and to the type of person my father was, so what would suit him, as far as what was included and the style of service. There were no hidden agendas, or sales pitches, just straight down the line. And factual- if we had a question it was answered, if we had an additional request it was never too hard. On top of that the customer service was prompt and friendly. The funeral service we had was perfect for my dad- exactly as he would have liked. The quality of things like the bookmarks that Classic Funerals organised in memory of my dad, to the photo that was placed on the coffin, and even the coffin itself was excellent. And we were all blown away when we saw the flower arrangement on the coffin, not only because of how real the flowers looked, but mostly because you'd gone to so much effort to have an arrangement that was in Hawthorn colours- my one-eyed father's footy team! Thank you all so much for making the process of organising a funeral (something I'd never done) so seamless and easy. Could not recommend your services highly enough.
