We dealt with Kathryn today at the Chermside store to purchase my engagement ring and she was so lovely, she listened to what I was after and gave me every opportunity to try most things on and pick one I fell in love with. She didn’t rush us or push us into buying something she just let us lead the way and her knowledge of diamonds was fantastic.
