I have taken many of necklaces, rings and bracelete to Shane at jewellers to have them repaired. Each repair has been successful, carried out in time given and has lasted. Shane is honest and so are the ladies there if they think its not worth fixing they will give you other ideas on what to do like setting in a ring.

Love love love going to the POD market! There is always something to grab and something new to have for a treat for yourself or as a gift. Most favourite part of the POD is the oil melts for oil burners and the service and advice from the ladies.

The laundromat is always cleand and inviting. I have never used any machines/dryers and had lint etc on my clothes. Majortiy of the time there are magazines/reading material so I dont have to take anything with me to kill the time.

It is great to have a gym in the area. We have seen many open and close however the Indoor Sports Centre just keeps getting better, rock climbing, play gym group, squash, gym, workouts, parties its just great and its only down the road. The opening hours are excellent and cater to everyone.

Tannum News is great newsagency. Always have the books, magazines, papers, stationery etc I am chasing without having to travel 25km to Gladstone or no car. Staff are friendly and if organised in time I am pretty sure they are a JP aswell.

Tannum meats is definently A Slice of Perfection! Brenden and his team are always smiling, friendly, helpful and genuine when purchasing meat. I have taken sausages back only once to have them replaced with double the amount I bought the first time and they cooked up beautifully. Glad to see a new shop in Gladstone aswell.

KMART HAS GOT SO CHEAP! LOVE SHOPPING HERE, STORE IS CLEAN, WELL PRESENTED ALONG WITH HELPFUL STAFF & A LARGE RANGE OF GOODS. SELF SERVE CHECKOUTS WOULD MAKE THE SHOP PERFECT.

BIG W IS GREAT DUE TO SELF SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE. WOULD BE GOOD THOUGH TO HAVE ENTRANCE CLOSER TO FRONT OF SHOPPING COMPLEX FOR QUICK SERVICES. SOME STAFF WILL BE GENEROUS WHEN HELPING, OTHERS COULDNT CARE LESS!

MAJORITY OF STAFF HAVE BEEN HELPFUL & CARING OVER THE YEARS. SOME TIMES WHEN THEY ARE CONTACTING YOU IT IS LATE SUNDAY WHEN I CANT CONTACT THEM SEEMS BIT UNFAIR. SOME MORE ENGLISH PEOPLE WOULD BE GOOD TO.
