love it love it love it....ive been shopping here since the day of the grand opening. and i love the new outlook of the the coles store its great, just wondering now when it will become a 24hr shop???its my 1 stop shop for groceries & any treats or pressies i need...love it. excellent job guys

I have just started using mary kay skincare products & THE ONLY THING I REGRET IS NOT DOING IT SOONER, my skin feels great and i cant believe how soft it now feels with these products. and also the fact they have a cosmetics range is great, its now my 1 stop beauty shop.

love to shop here for house renovation stuff & craft things. especially love to buy all things for the garden as we have just moved to the area & are in the process of making our beautiful house more beautiful. but lacking is customer service, at times i spend 10 mins walking around looking for someone to help me

i love to shop here....great products, always great prices but the customer service experience or lack there of has a lot to be desired for. it doesnt matter when i go in, morning noon or night there is never ever enough staff to help you with product enquiries, i went in recently to purchase an all in 1 printer & was told i'd have to wait as only 1 person there could handle this query i waited over 20 minutes then had 2 interrupt the sales person as they had forgotten about me & moved onto someone else & had forgotten about me. finally when he did serve me he had no real understanding of the products & the product that i wanted wasn't even available anymore & the only 1 left was the showroom model. heleft 2 speak to the manager to see about a discount as it was a display model but came back to tell me that it was 2 be sold at full price...not happy!!!
