i love to shop here....great products, always great prices but the customer service experience or lack there of has a lot to be desired for. it doesnt matter when i go in, morning noon or night there is never ever enough staff to help you with product enquiries, i went in recently to purchase an all in 1 printer & was told i'd have to wait as only 1 person there could handle this query i waited over 20 minutes then had 2 interrupt the sales person as they had forgotten about me & moved onto someone else & had forgotten about me. finally when he did serve me he had no real understanding of the products & the product that i wanted wasn't even available anymore & the only 1 left was the showroom model. heleft 2 speak to the manager to see about a discount as it was a display model but came back to tell me that it was 2 be sold at full price...not happy!!!
