Being female, I have always been hesitant to try any kind of Martial Arts due to the fact that its male dominant and I was afraid of getting hurt. After my first session, I was pleasantly surprise of the way every person I partnered with broke down the sequence for me until I understood it. Not once have I been scared of getting hurt by somebody else and my skills have improved dramatically.

Not only has my confidence increased, I have also made long life friends who I wouldn't have met if it wasn't for the gym and I am so thankful.

Anyone with any types of experience can walk into the gym, feel welcomed and will get all the assistance they need to achieve whatever they want to.
