Two bad experiences with corporate keys. First they denied receiving a payment I made via online transfer. Threatened to evict me, so I made the payment again (about 900 Aus Dollars) by credit card. Six months after, they found the first payment in one of their "unused" bank accounts. After asking numerous questions and a lot of friction, they refunded it without any remorse or apology.

Second occasion, they messed up an extension of stay, asked me to leave unexpectedly. I wasn't able to. So they called the police, changed locks to the apartment and turned off the electricity. Had me packing in the dark.
