I had a great consultation and colouring even though it was not exactly what i was after. I feel like this salon has a target cliental, wealthy and pretty. What i asked for i was then told "no i can't do that because your hair is too dry", I felt quite looked down upon the entire time and as if i was not good enough for the people there. I then went on the instagram account later and someone with the exact same hair texture as mine, and a darker colour went a lot lighter than i was allowed to go. This could just be that i am a sensitive person but when i am paying so much to have my hair done i expect it to be exactly what i'm after. All in all pretty good service, would like to go back again to see if i have a different experience next time.
