I recently purchase 2 plastic table cloths from the online store for my son’s birthday party. The items arrived in the post and to my disappointment the main white area had random red marks across it. One of the packages had been sealed on the actual plastic table cloth causing it to stretch and tear on the edge. I immediately contacted Let's Get This Party Started - Haberfield Newsagency's party section, explaining the problem. I sent numerous photos clearly showing the issues. The response I received was disgraceful. I was told I could return the items however I would not receive a refund on the delivery and return postage. I was then advised I couldn't return the items if they had been opened and were not in original condition... which of course they knew was not the case. After I responded that this was not an acceptable outcome I heard nothing further. Another follow up email 2 weeks later was again ignored. Disgraceful service and faulty products!
