I must say I am highly disappointed the whole experience. I walked in got told 5 minutes.... 10
Minutes later another 5 minutes. I didnt get offered any water or drink at all. After walking out to purchase some water and coming in to ask how long You were going to be I finally get seen 40 MINUTES later.
I have short hair and stressed multiple times how I am trying to grow it, I can barely now tie it up! The back has been hacked at and is very short, I asked for the bulk to be taken out not for my hair to be hacked at and made whispy and thin.
I have never had a cut like this in my life.
Its well and good to ask me to come in so you can fix it, but I wouldnt let you near my hair if you paid me.
Im devastated. I have been growing my hair and having trims for a year now and I feel taken back a good twelve months and must find somewhere to spend yet more money and the long odd bits everywhere evened up.
Safe to say your reviews are a tad off and that I or anyone I know will not be attending Jazz for hair.

in getting my hair fixed this morning the stylist said it looks like my hair had been hacked with a razor! She tried to fix my hair without taking anymore length off.
