Never fix any rental problems. Blatantly ignore emails but keep putting up the rent every chance they get. I don't even have working smoke alarms in my house and they haven't replied to any of my 4 emails. And even tried to claim I hadn't reported it to them when they bought it up in an inspection. And that's if they even remember to come to the Inspections at all.
