their staff are always freindly and cheerful, they are very helpful. It isnt the staffs fault, but it does sometimes take entirely too long for parcels to get delivered and they have actually lost 2 of my parcels last christmas.

I love their selection of fresh bread and rolls along with their fantastic assortment of fruit and veg. i am however not impressed with certain other things. i purchased quit a few packages of the s26 ready to drink baby formula last week, when i got home and opened one i noticed it was off. more than half of them had use by dates that expired 13 days ago!!! This should not happen!!

i can always grab great bargains and save on my shopping when shopping at coles but it does annoy me when i arrive first thing in the morning when the catalog specials start and they are either already sold out or they havent recieved the items yet

i love taking my children to the fun station as they can play while i have a coffee or a bite to eat. The toddler/baby area does need an update as some of the equipment looks rather worn.
